Pricing and Packages

Payment is due upon booking for Introductory and Drop-In Lessons.

Saving a card on file is required for booking Recurring Lessons. The payment for a Recurring Lesson is processed at the end of the lesson. Fees for missed lessons will be charged the day of the lesson.

Certain lesson packages can be discounted further for eligible students. Please email Kailee if you’d like more info.

All lessons included in packages must be booked within 90 days. Unused lesson credits will be forfeited after that time.

Attendance

If a student is more than 20 minutes late, Kailee will log off the meeting, and the lesson is considered forfeited.

Missed lessons include lessons that a student does not attend or cancels without 24 hours prior notice. Fees for missed lessons are considered forfeited and cannot be used again or refunded.

If Kailee needs to cancel lessons, she will reschedule within the week or the lesson credit will be rolled over to the next session, whichever is applicable.

Studio Closures

The following holidays will be observed and the studio will be closed:

Martin Luther King Jr. Day (3rd Monday of January)

Memorial Day (Last Monday of May)

Juneteenth (June 19)

4th of July

Labor Day (First Monday of September)

Thanksgiving (USA) (4th Thursday of November)

Christmas (Eve and Day) (December 24 and 25)

New Years (Eve and Day) (December 31 and January 1)
